Common use of Tenant Fixturing Clause in Contracts

Tenant Fixturing. Landlord shall use all reasonable efforts to complete construction of Tenant Improvements of each Building to a point permitting Tenant's entry for installation of its fixtures and equipment on or before the date specified in the Construction Schedule. When the construction of each Building has proceeded to the point where Tenant's installation of its fixtures and equipment in the Building can be commenced in accordance with good construction practice, the Landlord shall notify Tenant to that effect and shall permit Tenant and its authorized representatives and contractors to have access to the Building for a period of not less than thirty (30) days for the purpose of installing Tenant's trade fixtures, equipment and other Tenant's Property in the Building. Landlord and Tenant shall cooperate in good faith to schedule and coordinate Tenant's fixturing with the Landlord's construction in a manner which will assure Substantial Completion of the Improvements by the Scheduled Completion Dates, will reduce each party's cost, and ensure labor harmony. While performing fixturing, Tenant shall comply, and shall cause its employees, contractors and suppliers to comply, with the reasonable work rules observed by Landlord's Contractors and Suppliers.

While performing fixturing, Tenant shall comply, and shall cause its employees, contractors and suppliers to comply, with the reasonable work rules observed by Landlord's Contractors ’s Contractor and Supplierswith the provisions of Section 2 of the Lease.
