Tenant may terminate. If the Landlord gives a reinstatement notice to the Tenant and does not commence the reinstatement works within a reasonable time, the Tenant may terminate this Lease by giving not less than 2 month's notice to the Landlord and, at the expiration of the notice period, this Lease terminates.
