Reinstatement Works definition

Reinstatement Works means the extent of the work required to the exterior of the Relocated Building as specified in the Building Pre-Inspection Report for the purposes of the District Plan. The exterior reinstatement works will not include matters regulated by the building legislation or connection to foundations; but may include matters required by the District Plan for work to be undertaken and completed to the exterior of the building to a workmanlike standard and to achieve a tidy appearance, including, without limitation:

Examples of Reinstatement Works in a sentence

  • If the Lessor gives a Reinstatement Notice to the Lessee and fails to commence the Reinstatement Works within a reasonable time, the Lessee may terminate this Lease by giving not less than thirty (30) days’ notice to the Lessor and, at the expiration of that period, this Lease will terminate.

  • If the Lessor considers the damage to the Premises renders it impractical or undesirable to carry out the Reinstatement Works, the Lessor may terminate this Lease by giving not less than thirty (30) days’ notice to the Lessee and, at the expiration of that notice, this Lease will terminate.

  • Where insurance proceeds are to be used, in accordance with this PPP Agreement, to repair, reinstate or replace any Project Asset forming part of the construction Works, the Private Party shall carry out the Reinstatement Works or procure that the work is carried out in accordance with the Works Specifications so that on completion of the Reinstatement Works, such works meet and fulfil the requirements of this PPP Agreement in respect of the Works.

  • In these circumstances a Qualifying Change shall occur and there shall be an amendment to the Franchise Agreement to reflect the fact that the Franchisee would no longer be required to carry out the affected Committed Obligations but would instead be required to utilise any capital expenditure so released in undertaking the Reinstatement Works.

  • The Reinstatement Plan shall set out: the identity of the person proposed to undertake the Reinstatement Works.


More Definitions of Reinstatement Works

Reinstatement Works has the meaning set out in Section 6.4 (Project Co's Obligations –Material Damage or Destruction)
