Common use of Tenant Orientation Clause in Contracts

Tenant Orientation. Prior to move-in and after admission of a PRA Eligible Household, the PRA TROs and Sponsor shall meet with each PRA-Eligible Household referred by PRA TROs to orient the household to the Project. The orientation shall include an explanation of the expectations of tenancy, the opportunities for personal and social engagement in the Project which will help support tenant well-being, community resources, maintenance request procedures, house rules and Project common area, and rent collection requirements.
