In addition, Tenant shall have the right to use in the parking area the Number of Parking Spaces (referred to in Section 1.1) for the parking of automobiles, in common with use by other tenants from time to time of the Complex, provided, however, that Landlord shall not be obligated to furnish stalls or spaces in any parking area specifically designated for Tenant’s use. Tenant covenants and agrees that it and all persons claiming by, through and under it, shall at all times abide by all reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by Landlord of general applicability (uniformly applied) with respect to the use of the parking areas on the Site. The parking privileges granted herein are non-transferable except to a permitted assignee or subtenant as provided in Section 5.6 through Section 5.6.5. Further, Landlord assumes no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage due to fire, theft or otherwise to any automobile(s) parked on the Site or to any personal property therein, however caused, except to the extent of any such loss caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or Landlord’s agents, contractors, or employees. Tenant’s Parking.
