Term Applications. 1. The employee must apply each term during the academic year for which they plan to enroll and utilize the Tuition Reimbursement Program; they will be responsible for listing the courses they plan to take and explain how these courses align with the overall program approval. They must also include an estimate of the anticipated cost they intend to request for reimbursement at the end of the term. This approval process will be the same as listed in number 1(a). 2. Scheduling of courses should take place so that course participation does not interfere with the employees work schedule.
