Common use of TERM OF ABATEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM OF ABATEMENT. This AGREEMENT shall be effective and enforceable upon execution by both parties (which date is herein referred to as the "Effective Date"). The Term of the Abatement pursuant to this AGREEMENT shall begin on _ and shall terminate on December 31, 20 , unless sooner terminated pursuant to other provisions of this AGREEMENT.
