Term of Agreement, Timing, and Deadlines. A. This Agreement, when fully executed by the Department and the Grantee, is effective upon the date of the Department representative’s signature on the STD 213, Standard Agreement (such date, the “Effective Date"). B. This Agreement shall terminate fifteen (15) years after the Effective Date, as stated in Paragraph 2 of the STD 213, Standard Agreement (such date, the “Expiration Date”). X. Xxxxxxx will receive the disbursement of Program funds after satisfying all conditions precedent to such disbursement, as set forth under Paragraph 2 of Exhibit B and, as necessary and applicable, under Paragraph 5 –

Xxxxx funds that have not been expended by the applicable Expenditure Deadlines shall revert to the Department in the absence of an alternate arrangement that has been approved by the Department in advance and in writing.
