Common use of Term of Charter Clause in Contracts

Term of Charter. Unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 1002.33, Florida Statutes, or upon the terms contained herein, this charter shall cover a term of five (5) years commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on June 30, 2025.
