Term of Escrow Agreement. This Escrow Agreement shall terminate upon the distribution by the Escrow Agent of all Escrow Funds held in the Escrow Account.
Term of Escrow Agreement. The Agreement shall terminate on the date of final disbursement of the Escrow Account (the “Termination”), provided that any claims by Escrow Agent against Secured Party or Depositor shall survive the termination hereof.

Term of Escrow Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate on the issuance of all the Escrow Shares to Phoinos.

Upon termination, any and all documentation and programs showing the Source Code shall be promptly returned to COMPANY. Any disputes arising from a claim of termination of the Agreement will be negotiated by the Parties in good faith.
Term of Escrow Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon the complete distribution of the Escrow Amount in accordance with Section 5 above.
