TERM OF HIRE. This Hire Agreement becomes effective upon its execution and the Term is for the period commencing on the date the NZTA notifies the Hirer that the Bridge is on site and available for use by the Hirer and ending on the Termination Date, or such other period as the parties agree.

TERM OF HIRE. (a) This Agreement commences on the Commencement Date.
(b) The term of the hire will be as agreed between the Owner and Hirer from time to time.
(c) The party signing this Agreement as the Hirer has full authority to sign on behalf of the Hirer and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
TERM OF HIRE. 2.1 The Customer wishes to hire the Equipment from RCT for the Hire Period.
2.2 The Hire Period commences when:
(a) the Customer (or its agent or contractor) collects the Equipment; or
(b) RCT despatches the Equipment to the Customer, whichever occurs first.
TERM OF HIRE. 2.1 Porters hires to the Customer, and the Customer takes on hire from Porters, the Equipment for the Fee and otherwise on the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The hireage is for the Term, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
