Common use of Term of Master Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Master Agreement. 4.1 This Master Agreement is effective upon the date of its execution by Sheriff or his designee as authorized by the Board. This Master Agreement will expire on unless sooner extended or terminated, in whole or in part, as provided herein. 4.2 The County will have the sole option to extend this Master Agreement term for up to four one-year periods, for a maximum total Master Agreement term of eight years.
