TERM OF MASTER CONTRACT. The term of this Master Contract shall be from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 (Title 5 California Code of Regulations section 3062(a)). Neither the CONTRACTOR nor the LEA is required to renew this Master Contract in subsequent contract years. The parties acknowledge that any subsequent Master Contract is to be re-negotiated prior to June 30, 2023. If the subsequent Master Contract has not been executed prior to June 30, 2023, this Contract shall remain in force and effect until terminated as provided herein or a new Master Contract is executed.

The offer of a Master Contract to a CONTRACTOR is at the sole discretion of the LEA. The provisions of this Master Contract apply to CONTRACTOR and any of its employees or independent contractors. Notice of any change in CONTRACTOR’s ownership or authorized representative shall be provided in writing to LEA within thirty (30) calendar days of change of ownership or change of authorized representative.

The offer of a Master Contract to a CONTRACTOR is at the sole discretion of the LEA. The provisions of this Master Contract apply to CONTRACTOR and any of its employees or independent contractors. Notice of any change in CONTRACTOR’s ownership or authorized representative shall be provided in writing to LEA within forty-five (45) calendar days of change of ownership or change of authorized representative.
TERM OF MASTER CONTRACT. The term of this Master Contract shall be from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 (Title 5 California Code of Regulations section 3062(a)). Neither the CONTRACTOR nor the LEA is required to renew this Master Contract in subsequent contract years. However, the parties acknowledge that any subsequent Master Contract is to be re-negotiated prior to June 30, 2019. If the subsequent Master Contract has not been executed prior to June 30, 2019, this Contract shall remain in force and effect, including current rates, until terminated as provided herein or a new Master Contract is executed for a period not to exceed 120 days at which time the contract is terminated. No Master contract will be considered fully executed until all of the contracting requirements have been satisfied: a) Current CDE NPS/NPA certification with service authorization identified. b) Current Certificate of Insurance (COI) with required insurance levels addressed and related endorsement pages c) NPS/NPA verification of staff DOJ clearance, staff license or credential authorizations, staff mandated reporter training, blood borne pathogen training.

CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with information as requested in writing to secure a Master Contract or a renewal. At a minimum, such information shall include copies of current teacher credentials and clearance, insurance documentation and CDE certification. The LEA may require additional information as applicable. If the application packet is not completed and returned to District, no Master Contract will be issued. If CONTRACTOR does not return the Master Contract to LEA duly signed by an authorized representative within ninety (90) calendar days of issuance by XXX, the new contract rates will not take effect until the newly executed Master Contract is received by XXX and will not be retroactive to the first day of the new Master Contract’s effective date. If CONTRACTOR fails to execute the new Master Contract within such ninety day period, all payments shall cease until such time as the new Master Contract for the current school year is signed and returned to LEA by CONTRACTOR.
