Term of Statement of Work. The term of this Statement of Work shall commence upon execution of this Engagement Addendum and continue for [state time period] (“the Term”).
Term of Statement of Work. (SOW). The term of any SOW executed pursuant to this Contract shall be set forth in the SOW. The term of the SOW shall not exceed the term of this Contract. The SOW may be terminated in accordance with the termination sections of this Contract or as mutually agreed between the parties.
Term of Statement of Work. 6.1 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will come into force on the date of execution of the Statement of Work, and will continue in force until cancelled in accordance with Paragraph [6.2] or [6.3].
6.2 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will be automatically cancelled:
Term of Statement of Work. Each Statement of Work shall become effective and binding upon mutual execution and shall remain in effect until completion of the Professional Services to be provided thereunder, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Attachment.
Term of Statement of Work. 10.1 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will come into force on the date of execution of the Statement of Work, and will continue in force until cancelled in accordance with Paragraph [10.2] or [10.3].
10.2 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will be automatically cancelled:
(a) on the date of effective termination of the Agreement under Clause [21]; or
(b) upon the later of:
(i) the completion of all the Consultancy Services under the Statement of Work; and
(ii) the payment in cleared funds of all amounts due under the Statement of Work.
10.3 Either party may cancel a Statement of Work applying this Schedule by giving to the other party at least 30 days’ written notice of cancellation, in accordance with Clause [20] and Clause [21].
Term of Statement of Work. 11.1 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will come into force on the date of execution of the Statement of Work, and will continue in force until cancelled in accordance with Paragraph [11.2] or Paragraph [13].
11.2 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will be automatically cancelled:
(a) on the date of effective termination of the Agreement under Clause [21]; or
(b) upon the later of:
(i) the completion of all the Marketing Services under the Statement of Work; and
(ii) the payment in cleared funds of all amounts due under the Statement of Work.
Term of Statement of Work. Any Statement of Work entered into prior to expiration or termination of this Agreement shall continue in effect through the earlier of: (i) the date all of the Services thereunder have been fully completed and accepted (if applicable) by Customer, or (ii) until such time as such Statement of Work expires or is terminated in accordance with its terms or is terminated pursuant to Section 8 hereof.
