Term of this Statement of Work. The term of this Statement of Work will commence on [INSERT DATE] (the “SOW Effective Date”) and will continue until [INSERT DATE; ADD OPTIONS TO RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL TERMS, AS APPLICABLE] OR all Work has been provided by Contractor and accepted by the JBE unless terminated earlier pursuant to the Agreement. Expiration or termination of the Agreement will not serve to terminate this Statement of Work. All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.

All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.

This Agreement includes five consecutive one-year Option Terms for a potential maximum of six years. Expiration or termination of the Agreement will not serve to terminate this Statement of Work. Term of this Statement of Work. The term of this Statement of Work will commence on June 30, 2024 (the “SOW Effective Date”) and will continue until June 29, 2027; The Council may, at its sole option, extend the Agreement beyond the Initial Term for three (3) additional consecutive one-year option term to extend through June 29, 2030. All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.
Term of this Statement of Work. The term of this Statement of Work will commence on June 15, 2018 (the “SOW Effective Date”) and will continue until December 5, 2018. In addition, the Court may exercise its right to extend the agreement for up to one-year option period through June 3, 2019
Term of this Statement of Work. The term of this Statement of Work will commence on May 1, 2024 (the “SOW Effective Date”) and will continue until April 30, 2025; The JCC may, at its sole option, extend the Agreement beyond the Initial Term for two (2) consecutive one-year option terms to extend through April 30, 2027. Expiration or termination of the Agreement will not serve to terminate this Statement of Work. All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.
Term of this Statement of Work. Multiple consultants may be selected to enter into contracts with the Judicial Council for Consultation Services for Electronic Security Systems and related activities for existing or proposed Judicial Branch facilities, or for the provision of the services they propose upon. Those consultants may be assigned services, as may arise, based on the location and nature of the services required and the qualifications and resources of the consultants, at Judicial Council’s sole discretion. Consultants are not guaranteed any amount of work.
Term of this Statement of Work. The Expiration or termination of the Agreement will not serve to terminate this Statement of Work. All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.
Term of this Statement of Work. The Initial Term of this Statement of Work will commence February 1, 2013 (“SOW Effective Date”) and will continue until January 31, 2014. As set forth in Exhibit A, 9. Term and Termination, the AOC, at its sole option, may extend the Term of the Agreement for up to four (4) consecutive one- year periods. Expiration or termination of the Agreement will not serve to terminate this Statement of Work. All applicable terms and conditions of the Agreement will continue to apply to this Statement of Work until the expiration or termination of this Statement of Work.
Term of this Statement of Work. The Maintenance term for the initial and the option terms are as follows: two-year term from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, and two optional extension terms of 1 year each (July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028).
