Term Officer Redeployment. (a) In addition to any Business Unit’s processes an officer shall have access to CSIRO’s redeployment process (clause 78) provided that they: • were appointed following a competitive recruitment process; and • have at least 4 years aggregate employment, provided that no breaks between periods of service exceeds 6 months.
