Common use of Term Officer Redeployment Clause in Contracts

Term Officer Redeployment. (a) In addition to any Business Unit’s processes an officer shall have access to CSIRO’s redeployment process (Clause 85) provided that they: • were appointed following a competitive recruitment process; and • have at least four years aggregate employment, provided that no breaks between periods of service exceeds six months.
