REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES i. The Employer will pay the Employee the remuneration and allowances as below;
a) Basic Salary (AED/Month)- .

ii. The above gross salary will be paid in hand or transferred into the chosen UAE bank account, before 5th day of every subsequent month.
iii. The salary and allowances shall be reviewed periodically at the option of the Employer.
REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES. 14.1 The parties agree that this agreement provides minimum rates of pay. The payment of rates more favourable to individual employees than these rates shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this employment agreement.
14.2 The following minimum annual salaries shall be paid for all time worked except where established otherwise in this agreement. Salaries shall be divided by 2086 for the purpose of establishing an hourly rate. REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES. 4.1 For all ordinary hours of work, you shall be paid [weekly/fortnightly/monthly] the hourly rate of [$ insert amount].
4.2 Your rate of pay in clause 4.1 is inclusive of a 25% casual loading.
4.3 You shall be entitled to any applicable penalty rates, overtime rates or allowances appropriate to a casual employee in accordance with the Award.
4.4 The Club shall make superannuation payments on your behalf in accordance with its statutory obligations (as amended from time to time). Payments shall be made into a preferred fund selected by the Club or a complying superannuation fund of your choice

15.3 In addition to the base salaries set out in Clause 15.2, an Employee who achieves the levels of accomplishment as described in the Mercy Hospital PDRP Programme will qualify for an increased hourly rate to recognise their PDRP accomplishment. The payment shall be added to an employee’s ordinary hourly rate on production of evidence that the level has been either achieved or revalidated post the signing of this agreement. (b) The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that XXXXX’s capacity to pay these increases is dependent on its performance and, specifically, achievement of the goals set in the Strategic Plan. They recognise that the unwavering commitment and dedication of all parties is critical to ensuring success and that this is more likely to eventuate through effective consultation with, and participation by staff. The salary rates in Schedule 7 reflect the incorporation of Annual Leave Loading (from July 1998). Leave loading does not apply to the rates of pay specified in Schedule 7.
