Common use of Terminated University Employees Clause in Contracts

Terminated University Employees. Except as provided in Section IV(A)(2), above, former University Employees are not eligible to receive Student Tuition Credits. However, a University Employee who is terminated (for any reason) may complete the semester or course for which a Student Tuition Credit was previously applied.
