Common use of Termination and Extension Clause in Contracts

Termination and Extension. (a) It is hereby mutually agreed that this Lease shall terminate at the end of the Term (as the same may have been accelerated pursuant to Section 2(c)), if a renewal right has not been exercised or, if exercised, upon the end of any renewal term, without notice.
