Common use of Termination and Renewal Clause in Contracts

Termination and Renewal. 20.01 The Collective Agreement shall be effective from October 1st, 2020 and continue in effect until September 30, 2022 and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the Agreement in accordance with Article 20.02 below.
