The Company shall post a schedule of this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall pay 100% hours of the cost work for all employees by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday of employee recertification legally required to perform the duties and responsibilities of their current position. Termination and Renewal. 23.01 22.01 This Agreement agreement shall become effective as of September 6at August 17, 2010 2011, and shall continue in effect until the 5th day of Septemberup to and including August 16, 2013 2015, at which time it shall be automatically renewed unless either party gives notice to the other, not more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date, of its desire to enter into negotiations for the revisions or renewal of all or any part of this Agreementagreement, and both parties shall thereupon enter into negotiations in good faith and make every reasonable effort to secure a renewal. ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT MANAGERS An employee who is selected by the Employer will pay for Company to fill the first attemptrole of an assistant department manager shall receive a premium of forty dollars ($40.00) per week. If For the purposes of any Statutory Holiday Pay and Vacation Pay to which such an employee fails may be entitled in a week during which he is scheduled to work as an assistant department manager, his attempt for recertification, hourly rate shall be deemed to include the employee shall pay for the second and subsequent attempts to become recertified.
