Common use of Termination and Renewal Clause in Contracts

Termination and Renewal. 24.01 This Agreement shall be effective as of November 1, 2006 and shall expire on October 31, 2009. It shall continue in force for a further year unless, not more than ninety (90) days and not less than thirty (30) days before October 31, 2009, either party furnishes the other party with notice of termination of, or proposed revision to this Agreement.
