Common use of Termination by Subrecipient Clause in Contracts

Termination by Subrecipient. Subrecipient may terminate this Agreement effective upon delivery of written notice of termination to TriMet, or at such later date as may be established by Subrecipient in such written notice, if: The requisite local funding to continue the Project becomes unavailable to Subrecipient; or Federal or State laws, rules, regulations or guidelines are modified or interpreted in such a way that the Project is no longer allowable or no longer eligible for funding under this Agreement.
