TERMINATION BY THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT CAUSE. The Customer may terminate the Agreement for convenience by giving at least 30 (thirty) days written notice to Vatix. However, no refunds or credit will be given for Fees or Charges paid or payable for the remainder of the Subscription Term and all payments not yet received by Vatix for the remainder of the Subscription Term must be received in cleared fund by the end of the notice period failing which the termination without cause will not take effect.

TERMINATION BY THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT CAUSE. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, whether express or implied, the Customer may, at any time, terminate Provider's engagement for any reason other than Cause (as defined below), Disability (as defined below), or Death by giving Provider at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of the effective date of termination.
