Termination by the Parents. Except when the Pupil is to leave at the end of the final Year of the School or clause 8.12 below applies, if the Parents wish to Withdraw the Pupil or Cancel and terminate this contract at any time or after the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period described in clause 8.7 above, if applicable, they shall do so either by:
8.8.1 providing at least one Xxxx's Written Notice. If the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Written Notice the School shall retain the Acceptance Deposit; or
8.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. The School reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees in lieu of Notice.

Termination by the Parents. Except when the Pupil is to leave at the end of Year 2, if the Parents wish to Withdraw the Pupil or Cancel and terminate this contract at any time or after the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period described in clause 9.5 above if applicable they shall do so either by:
9.8.1 providing at least one Term's Written Notice. If the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Written Notice the School shall retain the Acceptance Deposit; or
9.8.2 paying one full Term's Fees in lieu of Notice less the Acceptance Deposit.
Termination by the Parents. 10.1. A full term’s notice in writing is required if the Parents wish to withdraw the Pupil. The Parents are reminded that a “term’s notice” means written notice given before the first day of a term and expiring at the end of that term. For example, intention to leave at the end of the Spring Term must be received before the first day of the Spring Term. The receipt of such notice must be acknowledged by the School and it is the responsibility of the Parent(s) to ensure that notice has been acknowledged by the School.
Termination by the Parents. Except when the Pupil is to leave at the end of the Upper Sixth (Year 13) or clause 9.10 below applies, if the Parents wish to Withdraw the Pupil or Cancel and terminate this contract at any time after the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period described in clause 9.6 above, if applicable, they shall do so either by:
9.8.1 providing at least one Xxxx's Written Notice; or
9.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. In circumstances where the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Written Notice, the Foundation shall retain the Acceptance Deposit. In all other circumstances where the Parents Cancel or Withdraw the Pupil, the Acceptance Deposit will be repaid in accordance with clause 3.3. The Foundation reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees in lieu of Notice.
Termination by the Parents. Except when the Pupil is to leave at the end of Year 6 or clause 9.9 below applies, if the Parents wish to Withdraw the Pupil or Cancel and terminate this contract at any time or after the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period described in clause 9.5 above if applicable they shall do so either by:
9.8.1 providing at least one Xxxx's Written Notice; or
9.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice.
Termination by the Parents. 9.1 A term’s notice must be given in writing if the Parents wish: (i) to cancel a place which they have accepted;
Termination by the Parents. Save where otherwise provided in 7.2 or 7.3 above, You may terminate this agreement with immediate effect if KSS commits a fundamental breach of these terms and conditions which is not capable of remedy or has not been remedied within 14 days of KSS being notified of the breach. Where such remedy has not been made by KSS, accommodation fees in respect of the period following termination will be refunded to the parents and the balance of the Damage Deposit held by KSS will be refunded to the Parents without interest.

8.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. In circumstances where the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term’s Written Notice, the Trust shall retain the Acceptance Deposit. In all other circumstances where the Parents Cancel or Withdraw the Pupil, the Acceptance Deposit will be repaid in accordance with clause 3.3. The Trust reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees in lieu of Notice.
Termination by the Parents. Except when the Student is to leave at the end of Year 11 or clause 9.11 below applies, if the Parents wish to Withdraw the Student or Cancel and terminate this contract at any time or after the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period described in clause 9.5 above if applicable they shall do so either by:
9.8.1 providing at least one Term's Written Notice. If the Parents Cancel by providing at least one Term's Written Notice the College shall retain the Acceptance Deposit; or
9.8.2 paying one Term's Fees in lieu of Notice. The College reserves the right to offset the Additional Deposit, if paid, against the Term's Fees in lieu of Notice.
