Termination During a Change of Control Period. If during the Change of Control Period (i) Executive’s employment with the Company and its subsidiaries is terminated by the Company other than for Cause and for a reason other than due to Executive’s death or Disability or (ii) Executive resigns for Good Reason, then, subject to Section 4 and the other provisions of this Agreement, Executive will receive from the Company:
Termination During a Change of Control Period. If a Change of Control Event occurs, and the Executive’s employment is terminated for any reason during the Change of Control Period (excluding termination for Just Cause), or the Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason during the Change of Control Period, the Company will pay the Executive two times the severance amount that is payable to the Executive pursuant to section 6.3(c)(i) .. In addition, any unvested Stock Options will immediately vest if the Executive’s employment is terminated during a Change of Control Period.
