TERMINATION FOR CANCELLATION OF GRANT. Should this Agreement be terminated as a result of cancellation of federal funds covering this Project, the Owner shall promptly notify the Consultant of the cancellation by certified mail-return receipt requested, whereupon the Consultant shall immediately, on receipt of the letter, cease and desist from performing any other work or services hereunder. In such an event, the Consultant will be paid for professional services performed to such date, upon furnishing the Owner a progress report and an invoice to such date, and upon acceptance of the work by the Owner.
