Termination - Incapacity or Incompetence. 56.5.1 An employee whose employment is terminated for reasons of incapacity, shall on termination of employment be entitled to severance pay on the basis of one (1) week’s pay for each completed year of continuous employment with a maximum benefit of twenty-eight (28) weeks. 56.5.2 An employee who has completed more than ten (10) years of continuous employment and whose employment is terminated for reasons of incompetence, shall be entitled to one (1) week’s pay for each completed year of continuous employment with a maximum benefit of twenty-eight (28) weeks.
