Termination Not Exclusive Remedy; Survival of Terms and Conditions. Termination is not an exclusive remedy but will be in addition to any other rights and remedies provided in equity, by law, or under this Grant Contract. Termination of this Grant Contract for any reason or expiration of this Grant Contract shall not release the Parties from any liability or obligation set forth in this Grant Contract that is expressly stated to survive any such termination or by its nature would be intended to be applicable following any such termination. The following terms and conditions, (in addition to any others that could reasonably be interpreted to survive but are not specifically identified), survive the termination or expiration of this Grant Contract: Sections 4, 5, 7, 11, and 12.
