Termination Not Exclusive Remedy; Survival of Terms and Conditions. Termination is not an exclusive remedy, but will be in addition to any other rights and remedies provided in equity, by law, or under this contract. Termination of this contract for any reason or expiration of this contract shall not release the Parties from any liability or obligation set forth in this contract that is expressly stated to survive any such termination or by its nature would be intended to be applicable following any such termination.
