Termination of Business Relationships. 10.1. Rhone reserves the right to terminate its business relationship with the Client at any time, with immediate effect, and without being required to provide a reason therefore, in which case all existing, deferred or contingent claims owed to Rhone (including any outstanding Service Fees and Expenses) shall become immediately due for payment by the Client.
