Clerical Employees. There shall be a probationary period of four (4) months with a mid-point evaluation after two (2) months. This probationary period may be extended for no more than an additional thirty (30) days.
Clerical Employees a. With the exception of the day following Thanksgiving, clerical employees who are required to work on a regular University holiday will be compensated at one and one- half (1 1/2) times their basic straight-time hourly rate; provided, that if a regular University holiday falls on an employee's regularly scheduled day off and the employee is required to work, the employee will be compensated at two (2) times the basic straight-time hourly rate for the hours actually worked. In addition, employees required to work on regular University holidays will be given equivalent time off, with pay, within thirty (30) days or after the holiday, or pay in lieu of time off. b. WORKING THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. Clerical employees required to work the day after Thanksgiving will be given equivalent time off, with pay, within thirty (30) days before or after the holiday. For three-shift operational units and the Press Warehouse, the terms of this §12.3. shall be applicable for all regular holidays.
Clerical Employees. Any employee primarily employed to undertake clerical and/or administrative duties. A permanent full time clerical employee’s ordinary hours of work shall not exceed 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day, to be worked Monday to Friday of the week. A permanent part time clerical employee’s ordinary hours of work shall be less than 40 hours per week subject to payment pro rata of the appropriate rate of salary and pro rata entitlement to leave. A part time employee shall be provided at the time of their engagement with written notification of the terms and conditions of their employment.

The Employer will contribute 10 percent of the employee's total yearly hourly income into the employee's pension plan. If a Township employee acquires MERS, the Employer and Union mutually agree to open the contract for the purposes of discussing the MERS pension plan.
Clerical Employees. Clerical employees shall take their vacation during the regular school holiday periods of Christmas and Spring Break. Reference to Christmas and Spring Break holidays shall refer only to "ten (10) month" employees.

Clerical Employees. 25.7.1 The following shall apply for employees engaged by Myer in clerical roles prior to 1 March 1999: (a) Clerk Level A shall be deemed Level 2 Team Member; (b) Clerk Level B shall be deemed Level 3 Team Member; (c) Clerk Level C shall be paid in accordance with the increases shown in Clause 26 (Rates of Pay), subclause 26.5; (d) in addition to the descriptions in 25.3 and 25.4 above, the level descriptions for clerical employees are shown in Appendix D (Classification Structure for Clerical Employees Employed as at 30 September 2001).
