Common use of Termination of Checkoff Clause in Contracts

Termination of Checkoff. -19 An employee shall cease to be subject to checkoff deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which he/she signs a dues termination card at the Union office. The designated Secretary-Treasurer will be notified by the Employer of the names of such employees following the end of each month in which the termination took place.
