Common use of Termination of Coach for Cause Clause in Contracts

The University (College) may, in its discretion, suspend Coach from some or all of Coach’s duties, temporarily or permanently, and with or without pay; reassign Coach to other duties; or terminate this Agreement at any time for good or adequate cause, as those terms are defined in applicable rules and regulations.
