Common use of Termination of Municipality's Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Termination of Municipality's Responsibilities. ‌ The Municipality's responsibilities under this Article XX shall terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following: A. Forty-five days after the date on which the employee is declared by a physician to be permanently disabled or on which a retirement plan commences to make disability or retirement payments to the employee, whichever occurs first; B. As of the date on which the employee engages in any full-time occupation for wage or profit; or C. As of the date on which the employee no longer receives temporary total or temporary partial disability benefits.
