Termination of Other Positions. Upon termination of Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall be deemed to have resigned from all other offices and directorships then held with the Company or its subsidiaries, unless otherwise expressly agreed in a writing signed by the Parties.

Termination of Other Positions. Upon any termination of employment, Executive hereby resigns as an officer and director of the Company, any subsidiary and any affiliate and as a fiduciary of any benefit plan of any of the foregoing. Executive shall promptly execute any further documentation thereof as requested by the Company and, if the Executive is to receive any payments from the Company, execution of such further documentation shall be a condition thereof.

  • Effect of Termination on Other Positions If, on the Date of Termination, the Executive is a member of the Board or the board of directors of any of the Company’s subsidiaries, or holds any other position with the Company or its subsidiaries, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all such positions as of the Date of Termination. The Executive agrees to execute such documents and take such other actions as the Company may request to reflect such resignation.

  • Resignation of All Other Positions To the extent applicable, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from all officer and board member positions that the Executive holds with the Company or any of its respective subsidiaries and affiliates upon the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason.   • Termination in General If Executive’s employment with the Company terminates for any reason, the Company will pay or provide to Executive: (i) any unpaid Salary through the date of employment termination, (ii) any unpaid Annual Bonus for the fiscal year prior to the fiscal year in which the termination occurs (payable at the time the bonuses are paid to employees generally), (iii) any accrued but unused vacation or paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policy, (iv) reimbursement for any unreimbursed business expenses incurred through the termination date, to the extent reimbursable in accordance with Section 3, and (v) all other payments or benefits (if any) to which Executive is entitled under the terms of any benefit plan or arrangement.

  • Termination Other Than for Cause If the Employee ceases to be employed by the Company and all Related Corporations, other than by reason of death or disability as defined in Section 5 or termination for Cause as defined in Section 4(c), no further installments of this option shall become exercisable, and this option shall terminate on the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days after the date of termination of the Employee's employment, or (ii) the scheduled expiration date of this option.
