Termination of Outside Employment. In the event the Chief of the Department is of the belief that any part-time employment is decreasing the efficiency of a member by interfering with his/her availability for duty, s/he may order the member to terminate his/her outside employment. The member upon receipt of such order shall terminate his/her outside employment forthwith.
