Termination of Powers. The Authority shall continue to exercise the powers herein conferred upon it until the termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 3 hereof.

If the EMS JPA is not the provider of ambulance services in CSA3 after the conclusion of any RFP process, the officers of the EMS JPA shall take all actions necessary for the prompt dissolution of the EMS JPA, at which time this Agreement shall terminate and the EMS JPA shall cease to exist.
