Termination of Specific Members. A Member may be terminated in accordance with Cal Health and Safety Code §1365(a). Please refer to the Health Plan Documents for a complete description. A Member who alleges that an enrollment or subscription has been or will be improperly canceled, rescinded, or not renewed may request a review by the director of the California Health and Human Services Agency, a Department of Managed Health Care pursuant to Cal Health and Safety Code Section 1365(b).
