Common use of Termination or Expiration Clause in Contracts

Termination or Expiration. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement with respect to any of the Managed Premises for any reason whatsoever, Managing Agent shall promptly turn over to Owners all books, papers, funds, records, keys and other items relating to the management and operation of such Managed Premises, including, without limitation, all leases in the possession of the Managing Agent and shall render to Owners a final accounting with respect thereto through the date of termination.
