Common use of Termination or Expiration Clause in Contracts

Termination or Expiration. Upon termination or expiration of this Contract, the Program Manager shall deliver copies of those records, data, information and other documents, delivery of which is required by this Contract, to the School District. Said copies of records, data, information and documents shall remain the property of the School District.
