TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION OF EARTHQUAKE COVERAGE. Promptly upon, and in any event within thirty (30) days after Borrower first has knowledge of the termination or modification (with respect to the amount of either the coverage provided or the applicable deductible) of the coverage provided by the blanket property insurance rider regarding earthquake insurance for Portfolio Properties located in "Zone 1" maintained by Borrower as of the date of this Agreement, a notice of such termination or modification.
