Termination Procedure/终止程序 a) In the event that a Party gives Termination Notice pursuant to Article 20.1 (“Notifying Party”), the Parties shall within a period of thirty (30) days (“Buyout Pending Period”) after such Termination Notice is given conduct negotiations and endeavour to resolve the matters which resulted in the Termination Events.
