Common use of Termination where no Access Rights remain Clause in Contracts

Termination where no Access Rights remain. (a) Where Access Rights have been resumed, reduced, relinquished or transferred in accordance with this Agreement (including under clauses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 24.5) to the extent that there is no longer any Access Rights remaining the subject of this Agreement, then Aurizon Network is entitled to terminate this Agreement by notice to the End User. (b) Any termination under this clause 13.1 is without prejudice to any rights of Aurizon Network which accrued on or before termination.
