Common use of Termination where no Access Rights remain Clause in Contracts

Termination where no Access Rights remain. (a) Where Access Rights have been resumed, reduced, relinquished or transferred in accordance with this Agreement (including under the Resumption Provisions, the Conditional Access Provisions, the Relinquishment Provisions and the Transfer Provisions which form part of this Agreement under clause 3 and clauses 7, 9, 10, 11 and 25.6) to the extent that there is no longer any Access Rights remaining the subject of this Agreement, then Aurizon Network may terminate this Agreement by notice to the Access Holder (without prejudice to those provisions which are stated to survive this Agreement). (b) Any termination under this clause 13.1 is without prejudice to any rights of any Party which accrued on or before termination.
