Termination Without Prejudice. No Party shall be subject to damages or have any other liability to the other Party solely as a result of such Party’s terminating this Agreement in accordance with its terms, and any such termination of this Agreement, or any decision not to so terminate, by a Party shall be without prejudice to any other right or remedy of such Party under this Agreement or applicable law.
