Terms and Conditions Governing the Administration of Variable Hours of Work. 6.07 The Employer and the Institute agree that for those employees to whom the provisions of clause 6.06 apply, the provisions of this Agreement which specifies days shall be converted to hours. Where this Agreement refers to a “day”, it shall be converted to seven and one half (7.5) hours. Whenever an employee changes his or her variable hours or no longer works variable hours all appropriate adjustments will be made.
