Common use of TERMS AND PERIOD OF LEASE Clause in Contracts

TERMS AND PERIOD OF LEASE. 3.01 The term of the Lease and the charges payable hereunder (hereinafter referred to as lease rental) with respect to the Leased Assets shall be as set-forth in the aforementioned Lease Document # attached hereto.
