Terms Defined in the Lease. When used in this Agreement, each of the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lease: Additional Rent, Adverse Party, Base Rent, Beneficial Owner, Business Day, Casualty Proceeds, Competitor, Disqualified Person, Equity Investor Interest, Indebtedness, Tenant Environmental Liabilities, Tenant Event of Default, Tenant Guarantor, Tenant Guaranty, Landlord Event of Default, Landlord Indemnified Parties, Landlord Lender, Landlord Loan Document, Level 1 Tenant Default, Impositions, Lien, Minimum Rent, Permitted Equity Transfer, Permitted Lease Assignment, Permitted Tenant Transferee, Permitted Landlord Liens, Person, Permitted Sublease, Renewal Term, Taking Proceeds, Taxes, Term, Transfer, Variable Rent, and Official Public Records.
